neuroTree provides a variety of mental health and nutritional services, including but not limited to psychological and psychiatric evaluations, chronic care management, nutritional assessments, and interventional therapies. All services are provided by licensed professionals who adhere to the highest standards of clinical practice.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.

5. Consent to Receive Communications

By using our Services, you consent to receive communications from us via email, phone, or SMS, including but not limited to appointment reminders, updates about your care, and other important notifications. You may opt out of receiving certain types of communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our communications or by contacting us directly.
