Our founders started neuroTree in reflection of their own lived experience with nutritional health, chronic pain, and mental health challenges. The integration of the recovery model increases the quality of treatment when compared to other organizations strictly operating from the medical model framework. Founders Ezra “David” Israelian, Amanda Lipp, and Arouti Agoupi collectively with over 15+ years of experience leading teams of clinicians across the nation focused on serving vulnerable communities experiencing chronic pain and trauma challenges including veterans and survivors from war and natural disasters. All four founders have set out their mission to create solutions to physical health, mental health, and chronic pain challenges through evidence-based practices and integrative nutritional solutions including trauma-informed treatment modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), health-risk assessments, psychological evaluations, and medication management.
