Medication Management

A critical element in supporting the mental and physical resilience of law enforcement officers. Our approach is individualized, focusing on safe, effective medication plans that address psychological and physiological demands unique to high-stress roles. We consider each officer’s health needs and background, engaging our interdisciplinary team of licensed clinicians and medical doctors to ensure comprehensive, whole-person care that enhances decision-making, stress management, and overall wellness.

Integrative-Health Assessment

An Integrative Health Assessment (IHA) is a comprehensive, case study-style evaluation that applies the biopsychosocial model to understand how life experiences affect an officer’s mental, physical, and social well-being. Recognized as a best practice, the IHA offers a robust approach that integrates scientific insights into how stressors and experiences impact resilience and performance. The goal is to develop a tailored plan to enhance quality of life, strengthen continuity of care, and support officers in the high-demand environments they face daily.

Health Risk Assessment

A Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is a tool designed to gather essential health information, often combined with biometric testing, to evaluate an officer’s health risks and habits. Tailored specifically for law enforcement, this assessment provides insights into physical and psychological factors that may impact performance and resilience under high-stress conditions, supporting proactive health and wellness strategies unique to the demands of policing.
